Groups helps us feel less alone. In a safe, mutually supportive environment, members can express feelings, acknowledge shared experiences, give and receive encouragement, gain insight, and more.
Groups also allow individuals to request feedback about how others experience them, to learn more about how they relate to others, and to practice new interpersonal skills.
We have facilitated groups for divorcing parents, adolescents, new moms, grieving adults, the ill, their caregivers, and others.
